"Algebra del Bisogno" è una performance/progetto omaggio a W. Burroughs nata in occasione del centenario della nascita dello scrittore, celebratasi nel corrente anno 2014. Il progetto consta di un’interpretazione di alcuni brani estratti da il "Pasto nudo” ad opera dell’attore e performer Antonino Masilotti, ripensati dalla progettazione sonora di Michela Coppola (viola) e di Anacleto Vitolo (AV-K prod.) all’elettronica.

"La droga produce la formula di base del virus del «male»: L’Algebra del Bisogno.
La faccia del «male» è sempre la faccia del bisogno assoluto.
Il drogato è qualcuno che ha un bisogno assoluto di droga.
Oltre una certa frequenza il bisogno non conosce nessun limite né controllo.
Per dirla con le parole del bisogno assoluto:
«Non lo fareste anche voi?
Che fareste al posto mio?»

Algebra del Bisogno is a live performance / project tribute to W. Burroughs realized to celebrate the writer's birth centenary this year. The project consists of an interpretation of some excerpts from "The Naked Lunch" by Antonino Masilotti (actor and live performer) on the music of Michela Coppola (viola) and Anacleto Vitolo (AV-K prod.) (electronics).
